I have worked in the fitness industry for 20 years and am a British Triathlon level 2 tri coach.

I also compete for GB age group. And in 2014 won European gold Aquathlon and silver at the worlds.  I have a strong work ethic and like the format of using Xhale so I can interact with my athletes daily.

Passion for triathlon, passion for accomplishments, passion for self fulfilment and a passion for supporting each other. Our coached athletes form the core of this community, they live and breathe the Passion Fit values.

The past 12 years I’ve based myself out of Loughborough training from within and outside the High Performance Centre. I’ve been privileged to work with a handful of World Class coaches and trained and competed alongside the best athletes in the sport. Over the years I’ve managed to grow from a student athlete all the way up to being competitive at the highest level the sport has to offer and more recently learning to juggle a family life with trying to be a contender in Ironman Hawaii. In my career I’ve worked out what works and what doesn’t work because I’ve felt them myself! Many times!

ZigZag Alive provides coaching for swimming, cycling, running and triathlon. Whether you are challenging yourself to a new start or stretching yourself to new heights, ZigZag Alive can help.

We provide expert, friendly, tailored coaching in all three triathlon disciplines and have many years of experience to help get you going and achieve your goals.

If you're looking for the edge over your competitors you might suit a medium to long term training plan, unique to your races this season and time constraints.

I have been competing in all distances of triathlon for years and am fortunate enough to be able to transfer my passion into my coaching of the sport. My triathlon journey has been very fulfilling from both a competing and coaching perspective.

Regular training sessions sit at the heart of enjoying your triathlon and our aim is to make your training as successful, effective and fun as possible by providing access to our club coaches and training sessions.

As a BTF affiliated club, along with our own BTF qualified coaches we are able to call on the top BTF coaches and staff to help you in your training.

The Evolution Triathlon Club training offer a range of sessions as part of Tri Basics. These are all included in your monthly fee unless otherwise stated. Our heavily subsidised open water lake swim sessions make the membership worth it alone.

We formed in 2010 with the aim of staging quality events in East Anglia, with race season 2011 being our first race season and we have hosted events ever since.

Monster Racing has grown since then both in terms of number of events and number of entrants. Our events regularly feature in the BTF Eastern Region league as both league events and championship events.

The Monster Middle and the Monster Mojo & Mojito have all won the region’s event of the year!

I've been involved in triathlon for well over 10 years racing at both Age Group and now Elite/Pro level at both short course and long course. As a coach I love nothing more than passing on the knowledge and experience I have gained over the years and helping athletes reach their own goals whether this be Qualification for World Championships or just to finish the first race.

I take on the ethos of Xhale in the fact I won't give you any fluff but most importantly I understand how hard it can be with the juggling act that is life and triathlon training.

So with this in mind I will give you very bespoke training plans each week that take into account what is going on in your life that week and offer a fully adaptable service so we can change the training at short notice to fit in with your life.

If your goals are in the stars... A rocket will help you get there!

I moved from marathon running to triathlon in 1991 following the birth of twins and not being able to run 60/70 miles week, so fully aware of family commitments and training.

I have competed in triathlon since 1991 and still race ( occasionally)but more of my time is dedicated to coaching from novice / age group to Ironman athletes.

I am a BTF level 3 coach and a level 2 BC coach and love cyclo cross ( great sport during the off season).

I was involved coaching on the East Midlands Academy for 15 years and recently  moved to form the Derbyshire Triathlon Academy for 12-16 year athletes.

This last year saw the launch of ‘Huub Academy’ which is a club specializing on quality and not quantity of athletes, who also have the opportunity of linking in with my own coaching services.

My philosophy is to support an athlete in the pathway they have chosen and lets together see where it may lead.

Lastly FUN is an essential part of the sport. Check out : hjcoaching.co.uk
